Position
Responsibilities:
Responsible for leadership of Epsilon's Commercial Managed Services Group. Responsible for maintaining the quality and relevancy of service offerings. Responsible for continued growth and development of the group. Oversee collaboration with other departments to ensure compliance and best practices are met. Responsible for the overall profitability of the division. Responsible for client relationship management and escalations. Develops new markets and identifies new opportunities across market segments. Mandatory Skills and
Experience:
Master's Degree and 10
years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience with running successful IT organizations of a similar size and scope. Understanding of Managed Services Provider offerings, multiple compliance standards, and related services that provide the required success across many business types (commercial and federal contracts). Proof of technical capability and understanding of core principles in technology. Technical certifications or other documented proof of development and use of technologies across a broad spectrum of technology types. Preferred

$250K -- $500K+
