Position
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and implementation of department operation strategies and activities. Responsible for implementing tools and processes to support best practice and compliance initiatives. Ensures accountability to company policies and initiatives with subordinate team leads. Organizes resources to ensure the productive output of customer expectations of services. Assists in providing work direction, resolving problems, preparing schedules, and setting deadlines to ensure timely completion of work. Evaluates current procedures and practices to develop and implement improved procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives. Ensures adequate training of staff and employee compliance to organization's policies and practices. Coordinates department activities with related activities of other departments to ensure efficiency and economy. Monitors and analyzes costs and prepares department budget. Prepares reports and records on department activities for the management team and customer. May participate in employee recruiting and provide input on hiring decisions. Provides input on employee performance and may perform periodic performance evaluations. Supports worker communication with the management team and helps promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. Mandatory Skills and
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Operations, or Management/Administration, and 5
years of directly related Operations Management experience in a compliance-driven environment; 4 years related call center management and administration experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in management, operations, and leadership. Understanding of policy, planning, and strategy. Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management. Ability to provide input on budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. Understanding of necessary legal and regulatory documents. Ability to develop, implement, and review policies and procedures. Ability to address problems and opportunities for the Company. Ability to build alliances and partnerships with other organizations. Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees. Excellent communication skills. Preferred

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Operations ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
